Western Big 6 Golf Honors!
Congratulations to our Streaks golfers on some incredible accomplishments!
Ella Herchenroder took home 1st place at the Western Big 6 Girls Golf Tournament and was named Western Big 6 Player of the Year!
Aidan Nelson finished 2nd place at the Western Big 6 Boys Golf Tournament and earned First Team All-Conference honors for the third consecutive year!

During the workshop, students and parents/guardians will have the opportunity to create their FSA IDs, which are required to begin the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
🔑 Important: Both students and parents/guardians will need to create an FSA ID using their Social Security number.
The FAFSA opens October 1st, and we’ll also be hosting Senior Night (FAFSA Support) on October 7th to help families with the FAFSA process! 🎓

💙 Walking Together for a Cause That Matters 💙
A huge THANK YOU to our Key Club and Student Council members who represented Galesburg High School at the Out of the Darkness West Central Illinois Walk on Saturday!
Our students completed a 5K walk in support of suicide prevention and awareness, joining members of our community in showing support, spreading hope, and reminding others that no one has to walk alone.
We are incredibly proud of our students for giving their time and representing GHS in such a meaningful way. 💛🖤

And apparently, this project is a tradition that stands the test of time! Their teacher even remembers making the same one when he was in 7th grade… 25 years ago!
